BASIC PURPOSE : Processes vendor credit applications for the Love’s family of companies. Provides administrative, setup and customer support for Love’s Retail credit programs (Direct Bill, Love’s Express, Tire Care Express).

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the vendor application process, including but not limited to: completing and submitting credit applications, providing standard terms and open account documents, updating a comprehensive tracking log and dealing with any escalations or issues that may arise.

  • Responsible for keeping all vendor credit documents accurate and up to date.

  • Assists department personnel with customer setups in SAP/internal systems.

  • Member of Retail Credit Support Team that provides primary customer support for incoming credit/account issues and related communications (Mon – Fri / 8am - 5pm).

  • Timely address customer and vendor issues, questions and complaints; frequently requiring problem solving analysis of situations to determine best solution.

  • Operates office equipment including computers, printers and phone software as necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn additional system/software programs (SAP, Maddenco, Payconnexion, etc.).

  • Promotes services and provides a level of support that creates a positive customer experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education :

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required

  • Some college a plus

Experience:

  • Customer Service/Collection/Billing experience helpful.

  • Microsoft office products (primarily Word and Excel)

  • Phone System/Software

  • SAP or other ERP experience a plus
